DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY AREA

We deliver to most provinces in Vietnam. We will charge a delivery fee for each order depending on the region, the fee will always be clearly communicated when you place an order. Delivery charges may vary depending on your region.

1.1 Ho Chi Minh City area: Orders will be delivered to the location requested by you, for goods that need to be installed, the delivery department will complete the assembly for you. Except for limited cases such as office areas, high-rise apartment buildings with restrictions on access, high-rise buildings without parking areas,  customers please call Hotline for support: (+84) 28 3930 3428 or 0911381947 In case you do not use the installation service included in the delivery fee, ADORN MUSEUM will not be able to support the installation service after our staff leaves. Please pay all fees incurred in accordance with the regulations of the Management Board where you live related to delivery, use of elevators, installation ...

1.2 In Other provinces, ADORN MUSEUM has 2 delivery methods:

  • ADORN MUSEUM will deliver to the address you provide and ADORN MUSEUM will not support installation in this case
  • Orders will be delivered to the warehouses of intermediate transportation units designated by customers in the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City such as bus stations, transport garages, train stations, airports, ... ADORN MUSEUM is not responsible for damage that occurs during the transportation of the intermediary carrier, and the customer will contact the intermediary shipping unit to receive the goods

 

2. DELIVERY TIME

  • For available products:
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 3-7 business days of the order confirmation;
  • For ordered products:
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 10-15 business days of the order confirmation;

NOTE

  • In case of order cancellation after 24 hours, you will bear the cancellation fee/deposit fee/delivery fee for each product type
  • Depending on the product, the cancellation fee/deposit fee/delivery fee is different, the customer service staff of ADORN MUSEUM will notify you in detail about that fee

 

When the delivery date has been agreed upon by both parties by phone, text, email, please arrange the delivery time and consignee according to the schedule. You can change the delivery information once with the condition that you notify 24 hours before the delivery date.

In case of a change of delivery information, please notify 24 hours in advance of delivery time, ADORN MUSEUM's customer service staff will contact and reschedule the delivery date, ADORN MUSEUM arranges to depend on the convenient route of ADORN MUSEUM or you want to receive the goods earlier or schedule according to your needs, ADORN MUSEUM will surcharge additional shipping fees incurred after the above time (if any)

In case you do not receive the goods within 15 days from the date of delivery confirmed by you and ADORN MUSEUM, the entire product will be owned by ADORN MUSEUM and ADORN MUSEUM will proceed to cancel the order, and no obligation to reimburse any costs to you. Unless you have a need to keep goods longer than the specified delivery time and have paid 100% of the order value to ADORN MUSEUM

 

On the day of delivery, the product will be delivered to your door, you will receive a purchase invoice and a delivery/receipt note.

Delivery is subject to the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the information you provide to ADORN MUSEUM. Therefore, please ensure that you or an authorized person is present at the delivery address. If anyone other than the buyer picks up the goods at the delivery address, that person is said to have been authorized to receive the goods on your behalf. In some cases, we may require the consignee to present a form of identification.

Upon receipt of the goods, ADORN MUSEUM will ask you or your authorized representative to sign a copy of the delivery/receipt note and fill in your or your authorized representative's name on it. This is to confirm the goods have been received. If no one is present at the delivery address to receive the goods, ADORN MUSEUM will contact you to arrange an alternative time.

In case there is a delay in delivery, ADORN MUSEUM will notify the Customer immediately, in case the order is allowed to be canceled, the Customer can request to cancel the order.

When delivering goods through a Logistics service provider, ADORN MUSEUM will provide documents for this unit. This unit will be responsible for delivering the goods documents to the customer. At the same time, the delivery unit is responsible for confirming the delivery process to the Customer. The Customer's confirmation of receipt of goods on the delivery document of the Logistics service provider means that the customer accepts the goods provided by ADORN MUSEUM.

In some objective cases, ADORN MUSEUM may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions: bad weather, natural disasters, traffic conditions, road closures or holidays, special events leading to change To change the delivery time, ADORN MUSEUM will contact you to inform and adjust the specific delivery time for you.

 

3. CHECKING POLICY

Check-in is the performance of checking and comparing the products/goods received with the products customers have placed in the order on the website about product information, product quantity, size, color, etc. color and quality compared to product description before signing the delivery/receipt record.

It is your responsibility to inspect the goods as soon as they are delivered and before proceeding to receive them.

The goods have been signed for receipt, which means that you have checked the goods and have no complaints. All complaints about products, quantity, size, color, quality of goods after signing the delivery/receipt record will not be resolved.

 

4. CAN NOT DELIVER CASE

ADORN MUSEUM reserves the right to charge an additional fee in the event of more than one unsuccessful delivery if we consider it satisfactory. The free storage period is 15 days, after 15 days if you do not receive the goods, the entire product will be owned by ADORN MUSEUM, and ADORN MUSEUM will cancel the order and have no obligation to return any What is the cost for you

 

5. SHIPPING FEE

Shipping charges will vary depending on the value, quantity, attributes, and delivery/receiving address of the products in the order. The customer care staff of ADORN MUSEUM will notify you of the specific fee after you complete your order through the website adornmuseum.com

 

6. HOLD AND STORAGE

ADORN MUSEUM receives goods and stores free of charge within 15 days. When you need to keep goods longer than the specified delivery time, you must pay 100% of the order, and ADORN MUSEUM will charge a storage fee of 3% of the order value per week - calculated on the first day of every next 7 days after the 15 days free storage period

In case you cancel your order when ADORN MUSEUM has not delivered, you still have to pay the cancellation fee/deposit fee/delivery fee that ADORN MUSEUM's customer service staff has informed you, plus the storage fee if the deadline is over 15 days free storage. After 45 days, ADORN MUSEUM will cancel the order and have no obligation to refund your deposit.

Currently, adornmuseum.com website does not have a shipping cost calculation function. Therefore, after receiving the order information, we will contact you to notify you of shipping costs by email and call.

After receiving the confirmation of agreement with the above shipping fee, ADORN MUSEUM will pack and schedule delivery for you. In case you do not agree with the above shipping costs, the order will be automatically canceled

 

7.  DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION TERMS

  • Delivery and installation staff of ADORN MUSEUM will not be responsible for damage caused by the installation of products on the wall/ceiling at your request
  • Please be sure to double-check the product to ensure complete and correct delivery. All complaints about missing, damaged or defective goods must be reported immediately and clearly stated in the delivery and receipt minutes and signed by both parties. Any complaints after our staff leave your home will not be accepted
  • If the product has been disassembled and installed upon delivery, it is under the ownership of the customer, there will not be any change in terms of exchange or return after this time (except for technical defects)

 

8. WARRANTY TERMS

  • Clearly described in each product, please look carefully before buying or contact customer service staff for advice
  • Decorative items such as paintings are not covered by warranty and cannot be exchanged/returned
  • Warranty only applies to technical problems or defects caused in the production process
  • Due to the manual manufacturing process and natural characteristics, some products will have slight color differences this is not considered a defect or product defect
