KIKUO IKEDA

In 1950, Kikuo Ikeda artist was born in Sakata City, Yamagata, Japan. In 1968, he entered CHUBI Art academy. In 1970, he graduated from CHUBI Art Academy (Graduated at the top and purchased graduation works. From 1973 to 2010, Kikuo Ikeda worked at Musashino Art University. Currently, Kikuo Ikeda is living in Iruma City, Saitama, Japan, and working as Iruma City Art Association Officer. Especially with regard to landscape painting, which depicts living creatures, landscapes, and people... Kikuo Ikeda brought a feeling of Sakata's hometown into his paint, and while it is an urban style, it makes you feel the northern country somewhere. He has been making presentations at the gallery since he was a student, but for the past few years, he has been increasing the number of exhibitions by interacting with local artists.
