1. Terms of return & exchange

When placing an order at ADORN MUSEUM, the Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order.

For orders that have been paid for by OnePay and/or have been shipped to the Customer's address, terms of return and exchange will depend on the product, please refer to the product's warranty return policy of your choice in the product description. We do not accept returns for any exceptional cases.

The terms of return & exchange for each order/purchase product will be notified and confirmed carefully with the customer before the customer makes the payment.

 

2. Ownership

ADORN MUSEUM has the right to own the item until the customer pays the total value of the order. We reserve the right to withhold the goods if full payment has not been received and the deposit is not refunded. After a specific time (per product type) from the date of the official order, if the customer does not pick up the goods, the order will be canceled and ADORN MUSEUM takes back the product ownership of the entire order. The deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.

 

 3. Terms of payment

- For orders less than 5,000,000 VND:

  • Customers must pay 100% of the total amount after all information on the order is confirmed.

 

- For orders greater than or equal to 5,000,000 VND:

  •  Customers must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount after all information on the order is confirmed.
  •  Customers must pay the remaining 50% one day before the delivery date (or specific request time depending on the items you chose).

 

4. Payment method

Payment on delivery:

  • You check the goods and pay the shipper before receiving the goods

 

Payment by bank transfer

Transfer to ADORN MUSEUM's bank account, ADORN MUSEUM will process the payment and confirm the order.

Online payment

You proceed to check, review all goods, list of goods and make payment steps.
We only accept online payments through the banks and payment services mentioned in the payment section.
